Refund & Return Policy

We want you (and your pets!) to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food)
  • Personalized or custom products

Refunds::

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@petshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
